Fingering written into FEFo

No fingering in FE (→GE)

Fontana's fingering in EE

In the main text we include the fingering digit written probably by Chopin into FEFo. Fontana's fingering is undoubtedly compliant with this annotation. It does not influence the evaluation of its authenticity – according to us, the likelihood that Fontana had any authentic source concerning this issue at his disposal is marginal.
