a tempo in GE & EE2 (→EE3)

Our variant suggestion

..

The a tempo indication must have been overlooked by the engraver (or Chopin). The revisers of GE and EE2 (→EE3) added it in a justified manner, probably by comparing the notation with analogous bar 118.

One missing accent in bar 245 and 3 missing accents in bar 247 are almost certainly a result of Chopin's oversight (which remained uncorrected in the proofreading of FE) or a mistake of the engraver. We suggest adding these probably missing marks. The accents in bar 247 were added already by the reviser of EE.
