b. 423

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

..

In FE the 1st beat is written an octave lower and it was supposed to be encompassed with an octave sign, which, however, begins only from the 2nd beat of the bar. In EE1 the octave sign starts only from the next bar, which seems to be a result of a misunderstanding during an attempt to correct the mistake of FE. The subsequent EE already include the correct text, compliant with A (→GE).

b. 423

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

A does not have a  lowering d3 to dat the beginning of the bar. Chopin's patent oversight was corrected – perhaps by himself – already in GE1 (→FEEE, →GE2).

b. 423

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

The cautionary natural before ein the 1st chord in the L.H. was added – probably by Chopin – in the last phase of proofreading of FE2 (it is absent in other sources).

The version of GE1 is certainly erroneous and it was corrected both in FE (→EE) and in GE2. In the main text we place a cautionary  before d2 and f1. The signs were added also in GE2.

FE has an a2 (a2?) as the last quaver. The mistake was corrected in EE, probably on the basis of comparison with analogous bars 416 and 456 and above all with bar 464.
