In the majority of the sources, the  raising d2 to dis not before the note but 7 notes earlier, before dwritten at the same pitch, which in that time was generally considered to be enough. Strictly speaking, the sign is not necessary there at all, since dwritten at the pitch of dis already on the 4th note of the roulade – this observation most probably made the reviser of GE2 remove the sign before the second d3.
