In FE1 two mistakes were committed in this bar, corrected in the subsequent impressions: on the 4th quaver of the bar there is a1-e2 instead of g1-e2 and f1-g2 instead of f1-f2 on the 6th quaver. The remaining sources include the correct text (in GC one can see a correction of the top note on the 4th quaver of the bar from f2 to e2).

All sources repeated a on the e2 sound, which implies that it was written by Chopin in [A]. It is a superfluous cautionary sign so we omit it in the main text.

GC and FE1 (→FE2→FE3) do not include naturals before the octave on the 4th quaver of the bar. The flats before g2 and g1 in the 2nd half of the bar prove Chopin's oversight. The naturals were added in GE and EE, as well as in FE4.
