In [A] (→GC,FE→EE1) in the 2nd half of the bar there were no accidentals, which gives g in the L.H. and g1(2) in the R.H. Chopin's mistake was corrected in GE (partially – only a before g2 in the 4th crotchet) and in EE2. category imprint: Interpretations within context; Differences between sources issues: EE revisions , Omissions to cancel alteration , GE revisions , Last key signature sign |

In the main text we add a cautionary next to the top note (g) of the last chord in each of these bars. These accidentals appear in the sources only in bar 86 (in GE and EE2) and in bar 87 (in all sources). category imprint: Differences between sources; Editorial revisions issues: EE revisions , GE revisions , Cautionary accidentals |

The notation of this bar is an example of Gutmann's carelessness, who would sometimes put other signs and slurs more or less accurately, without controlling their actual compatibility both with [A] and the music sense. The slurs were partially repeated in GE1 and corrected only in GE2. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Inaccuracies in GE , GE revisions , Errors of GC |

When interpreted literally, the last chord's 2nd note from top in GE1 is a d2, which is a patent mistake with respect to the d1 note played simultaneously in the L.H. The regular structure of the three-chord motifs points to a Terzverschreibung, and not to an oversight of a . This is how it was corrected in GE2, i.e. to b1. category imprint: Interpretations within context; Differences between sources issues: Errors in GE , Terzverschreibung error , GE revisions |
