The slur of the L.H. begins in GC more or less in the middle of the 1st beat of the bar, so GE1 embraced also the 1st octave with it. This undoubtedly erroneous interpretation was corrected in GE2 (→GE3). Similarly in bar 47.

Same as in bar 45, in GE1 the slur starts from the beginning of the bar, which is an erroneous interpretation of the too broad slur of GC. In addition, in GE1 the slur is led only to the b at the beginning of bar 48, which is a totally unjustified arbitrary decision of the engraver. GE2 (→GE3) re-established the notation of GC, compatible with the remaining sources.

The slur of GC in bar 55 begins just after the 1st crotchet, hence beginning the slur in GE from this crotchet is not surprising. However, in bar 56 the slur of GC, corrected by Chopin, starts undoubtedly from the 2nd quaver, which was, however, ignored in GE. Both FE and EE show that in both bars the slur should certainly begin from the 2nd crotchet.

Before the 5th semiquaver there is no  in GC and FE. This patent inaccuracy of Chopin was corrected in GE. EE also includes the correct text.
