Staccato dot in A

..

The absence of the staccato dot for the 1st quaver in all editions is undoubtedly an oversight of the engraver, resulting from the inaccuracy of notation of A.
See bar 20.

Beginning of the slur in A

Beginning of the slur in FE (→GE,EE)

..

The slur in FE (→GE,EE) starts from the 1st note of the bar. It is most probably an inaccuracy of the engraver. As the slur of FE does not bear traces of Chopin's proofreading, in the main text we adhere to the notation of A, in which it starts from the 2nd note of the L.H.

Staccato dot in A

..

In A Chopin undoubtedly wrote a staccato dot over the 1st quaver in the R.H. The sign was most probably overlooked by the engravers of FE and by Chopin in the proofreading.

In GE2 the  sign is unclear: it is unknown whether the second  was badly removed by the revisers or whether it was poorly printed. Probably due to this reason GE3 removed one sign, leaving erroneously only a single  (b1). B1 was returned in GE4 (→GE5).
