Taking into account Chopin correction of e to E in analogous bar 31, the fact of leaving e unchanged in bar 203 may be considered as Chopin's oversight of the correction. On the other hand, E in bar 31 is somehow confirmed with the next E in bar 39. Therefore, a different shaping of the ending of the theme in bars 210-212 and, as a result, lack of such repetition of this note in bar 211, may be considered as an argument justifying the fact of leaving e in this place.
