It is hard to determine whether the omission of the fingering digit over the 3rd note in the editions is an error or a correction. The 1st finger in this situation is most obvious and its indication does not seem to be necessary. The slur of A was inaccurately reproduced in FE, as the part falling on bar 27 (the last in the line) was omitted. Perhaps it contributed to its omission in EE2. By shortening the slur, the engravers of GE and EE4 probably considered the slur of FE as inaccurate. The '4' digit over the 6th note was omitted in FE (→GE), most probably due to distraction.
