The EE version with empty C
1-c and c1-c2 octaves may well be either original or just incorrect. In the main text we present the GC notation adjusted to include accents on the inner notes of the chord, which was impossible to add in print. Moreover, this is most probably the [A2] (>FE). In GE two accents are replaced by one.
