Without any marks in A (→GE1FEEE)

Staccato dots in GE2 (→GE3)

Lack of dots in bars  47 and 49 in A (→GE1FEEE) most probably results from Chopin's oversight. When one compares the accompaniment in five similar fragments (bars 13-17 and analog.) one can see that the omission of those dots is accidental.
