Apart from the changes of rhythm Chopin also introduced modifications of performance markings in those bars. We can see the lengthening of the 1st slur in bar 59 and erasing the slur running from the last note of that bar, and also a wedge over the crotchet b flat1 and a removed accent over g flat1. Cf. bars 63-64.
