The long accents entered into A (→GE) at the beginning of bar 144 and 146 are probably inaccurate, which is indicated by a comparison with respective marks in analogous bar 148 and 150 as well as 224-230 and 311-315. Due to the above, in the main text we suggest short accents here. The absence of these marks in FE almost certainly means that Chopin added them to A after [FC] had been finished. In EE1 out of two FE accents only the first one was reproduced, whereas in EE2 the three remaining ones were added – as short ones – after comparing it with GE1.
