The first quaver in the last triplet was initially written as an a
in A. At that time the rhythm of harmonic changes was analogous to bar 69. In the final version Chopin opted for the same rhythm as in the 2nd half of the preceding bar. Traces of changes following a similar direction are also visible in bar 159 and 238.
