Due to the cumbersome notation of the R.H. chord on the 2nd beat in A, the chord was erroneously recreated in the editions. Chopin wrote the f-d1 sixth as a bottom voice crotchet but with the stem pointing upwards so that its ending almost merges with the top voice f1 note. Consequently, in the majority of the editions the entire chord is written on one stem, which changed the rhythmic value of the sixth from a crotchet to a quaver.
