In the 2nd chord in FE1 the  raising d2 to d2 was overlooked. The patent mistake was rectified in FE2. It is also likely that the mistake was committed by Chopin in A, which, through [FC], found its way to FE1, while in the case of the very A was added after the copy had been finished. The same could apply to the missing  in bar 121 in FE1.
