In the 2nd chord in FE1 the raising d² to d² was overlooked. The patent mistake was rectified in FE2. It is also likely that the mistake was committed by Chopin in A, which, through [FC], found its way to FE1, while in the case of the very A a was added after the copy had been finished. The same could apply to the missing in bar 121 in FE1.
