In FE (→EE1) the R.H. bottom voice rests were overlooked on the 1st and 3rd beats. The rests were added by EE2, perhaps under the influence of GE1. The oversights could have been related to the notation of the chord on the 2nd beat, which is written with the use of one-part writing in the editions.
