Instead of the short accent in bar 101, which is present in FC (in Fontana's hand) and FE (→EE), Chopin entered into FC two long accents in bars 101 and 103 (deleting the Fontana accent in bar 101). We include this change in the main text. We consider both accents in GE to be short, although the one in bar 101 is slightly longer than the remaining ones on this page.
