Before the 11th quaver there can be seen a deletion in A; the deleted sign was probably an accidental.

In A Chopin changed the notation of the 1st and 3rd notes from cand g2 to band f1. The unnecessary accidentals in the 2nd triplet in the bar are remains of the original notation.

Chopin started to write the 4th quaver in A as a c2, however, he eventually opted for a d2, converting the originally written head of the note into a double flat.
