The missing L.H. slurs are a typical inaccuracy of Chopin: these bars along with the next two end a page of A; in the further course of this section, already on a new page, all pairs of crotchets after the bass notes are encompassed with slurs. Due to the above, we add slurs in the main text. Such an addition was also introduced in GE2 (→GE3).

A lacks in the Solo marking, which most probably resulted from haste – this otherwise obvious marking is present both in Morch and GE (→FE→EE). Due to a misunderstanding of the notation of GE1, the marking was placed in FE (→EE) over bar 493.

Chopin overlooked in A (→FC,FE) two indispensable naturals: lowering g2 to g2 in b. 499 and c2 to c2 in b. 500. The former was added in GE1, the latter – in EE. It is only GE2 (→GE3) that contains the correct text.

In A (→FC) there are no naturals before the crotchets ending the five-note groups (a2, a1 and a). Through a proof copy of FE, this mistake also found its way to EE1 (in FE the accidentals were added in the last phase of proofreading). The naturals are also present in GE and EE2 (→EE3).
