No slur in FE (→GE)

Slur from d2 suggested by the editors

According to us, the missing slur over the top voice is Chopin's inadvertence: in the further part of this phrase, corresponding slurs are already present. Due to the above reason, in the main text we suggest adding the slur after b. 5 and 13. EE added the slur in the 2nd half of the bar, probably after b. 37. However, the choice of this particular bar is unfortunate, since it is the only place in which this phrase derives from the preceding figuration, which evidently influenced a different slurring.
