No a1 & f1 in chords in FES

FES deleted the top notes of the chords in bars 73-74 and 81-82, most probably in order to facilitate performance to the pianists with small hands. See bars 19-20.
GE2mar (→GE2) and EE2 added a cautionary  before the first a1 in bars 73 and 81.
