Homogenising the rhythmic values of all elements of the 2nd chord in the R.H. was not probably an intention of Chopin. The notation is only seemingly inaccurate in this place – the logic of leading the voices make us consider a
to be a quaver, yet the piano reality make a semiquaver out of it. Chopin would often use this type of simplified notation, hence in the main text we preserve the notation of A. Similarly in bars 92 and 100, which excludes a possible Chopin's oversight.
