Crotchets in CLI & Ap

Quavers & rests in FE (→GE,EE) 

In FEcor Chopin changed the crotchets in the L.H., included also in CLI and Ap, to quavers separated with rests. It is one of a few changes of this kind; similarly in analogous bar 43.
