The corrections and erasures visible in A reveal that Chopin initially wrote a slur only over the semiquaver sextuplet. In the main text we give an extended slur – probably by Chopin together with adding the d2 note at the beginning of the bar – in the proofreading of FE (→EE). In turn, we omit the triplet slur added in GE (→FE→EE) – cf.
